Application Process

Please refer to the Admissions Calendar for important dates and deadlines.

  1. Information Packet provided upon request.
  2. Parents are required to attend a private Parent Tour.  This is a time to meet and ask questions of the staff and current families.  You are also able to view the school in session. Applications are available at this time.
  3. Applicants are required to attend a Student Visit on a Friday. Visit Days are comprised of applicant participation in a 45-minute, small group session and intended to offer children and parents with a brief, first-hand experience with the Tender Roots program. It also offers our staff the opportunity to observe the child to aid us in proper program placement.
  4. Mail the Application and the non-refundable application fee.
  5. Admission decisions will be mailed by the end of March. Those who do not receive an initial invitation to enroll will be placed on a wait list. Those on the wait list will be notified when and if a space becomes available.
