Admissions

The goal of Tender Roots’ admission process is to create a community of neighborhood children and families, who actively support the school and neighborhood.

The following applicants are given priority:

1. Current students of Tender Roots

2.  Siblings of current or past Tender Roots students

3.  Members of the Community United Methodist Church

4.  Local residents that are stroller accessible

The remaining spaces are filled in an effort to create a balance between ages, gender, parents and caregivers.  Acceptance is based on the above criteria and determined by the staff and admissions committee.  Tender Roots does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, or religion.
