Tender Roots is a cooperative school.  A parent or caregiver must accompany the child at all times, without exception.  There is no drop off option.  Each day there are two aides, one Teacher Aid and one Snack Aid.  The Teacher Aid is responsible for assisting the teachers with set-up and clean-up in the main room.  The Snack Aid is responsible for bringing and serving snack as well as assisting the teachers in the Studio. Aides serve on a rotating basis.

Parents are also required to take a position on the Advisory Committee.  Parent participation in the committees is vital to the success of Tender Roots and to ensuring it is here for generations to come.
